We create a one-of-a-kind lighting atmosphere to complement your custom home. We install top-of-the-line LED lighting, backlighting, cove lighting, Lutron lighting controls, and shades to highlight your home's unique features. We specialize in new construction and remodels, where we can provide a seamless lighting experience throughout your home.

What happens if my existing electrical, lighting, or control system breaks?

Even top-of-the-line products need tending to on occasion. Our goal is to save you time and financial resources, making the repair process seamless and efficient. We provide comprehensive repair services for our existing clients. We make service calls convenient for you by providing an efficient service call process. How soon can I expect a repair once I contact you?

Our team of experts ranges from apprentices, to journeyman electricians, to master electricians, which allows us to select the right technician for your needs. While we provide repair services for most lighting control systems and all residential electrical systems, we reserve first availability for our existing clients. Therefore, to preserve the integrity of our work and honor our clients’ time, we cannot accept every new customer service request. We will contact you within 1 business day for repair work.

What products or systems do you repair?

We specialize in residential whole-home luxury lighting, controls, and electrical systems. To maintain excellence in our project scope, we do not extend our services to appliances, audio-visual equipment, or alarm systems.

How much do repair services cost?

We want to save you money by saving you time and helping you plan for lighting expenses. You can find our hourly rates on our website. Repair services begin at a $140 minimum charge for new client service calls.

Do you have 24-hour emergency services?

White River Electric operates from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday. We do not provide 24-hour or weekend emergency services.

How fast can I expect a bid for my project?

We aim to save you time by answering your questions up-front in the bidding process. We provide a custom line-item bid. With due diligence and attention to detail, we align the proposal with the scope and uniqueness of your project. Depending on the size of your project, a bid can take one to three weeks.
